General rules that apply to every game

These general rules apply across the whole site, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game carries its own rules, those rules apply to that game as well.

  • 18+ only. You must be 18 or over to hold an account and to place a bet with us.
  • One account per person, in your own name and used only by you.
  • We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of our players, so we may ask for documents before a withdrawal is paid.
  • You can play with real money or with bonus funds. The cashier and the game show which balance a stake is drawn from.
  • A bet is final once placed. A confirmed stake, spin or hand cannot be cancelled, changed or taken back.
  • You are responsible for the stake, bet size and lines you select before you confirm a round.
  • A round that is still open counts as play in progress, and the funds staked on it are not available until the round settles.

How bets and spins are settled

Every round is settled by the game server rather than by the screen in front of you. The result recorded on the server is final and decides what is paid.

  • Outcomes are produced by the game's random number generator and recorded by the server as the round settles.
  • Pays are calculated from the paytable of the game, at the stake confirmed for that round.
  • Each game's own rules, paytable and help screen form part of these rules and cover winning combinations, features, maximum pays and how any jackpot is awarded.
  • The theoretical return-to-player figure is shown in each game's information screen. It is a long-run average across many rounds and says nothing about the result of a single spin or session.
  • If the balance shown on your device differs from the balance held on the server, the server record stands.

Malfunctions, disconnections and unfinished rounds

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or the system running it does not work as intended, any result and any pay produced by that fault are void, and the stake for the affected round is returned to the balance it was placed from.

  • A malfunction includes a software or hardware fault, a display error, a duplicated round, or a result that could not occur under the game's own rules.
  • A pay shown in error is not owed to you, even if it sits in your balance or game history for a time. We correct the balance and keep a record of the correction.
  • If your connection drops mid-round, the round is not lost. Games either resume from the point the connection was lost or settle on the server, and the outcome is applied to your balance when you next log in or launch that game.
  • To finish an open round, launch the same game again. Where a game holds an open round only for a set period, that period is stated in the game's rules and the round settles on the server afterwards.
  • If a round cannot be settled at all, the stake for that round is returned.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits follow the bonus terms attached to the offer as well as these rules. The terms for a live offer are shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account.

  • Wagering requirements, time limits and the games an offer can be used on are set out in the bonus terms.
  • A maximum bet applies while wagering is open. The limit is stated in the bonus terms, and a higher stake may void the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some do not contribute at all. The contribution rates are published with the offer.
  • A withdrawal made before wagering is complete may forfeit the remaining bonus funds and any winnings tied to them.
  • Stake patterns designed to cover most outcomes of a round, and play from more than one account, void a bonus and any winnings from it.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are dealt by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The actions of the dealer and the result called at the table decide the round.

Placing bets at a live table

  • Each round has a betting window shown by the timer at the table, and a bet is accepted only while that window is open.
  • A bet confirmed after the window closes does not stand for that round, and the stake stays in your balance.
  • Once the window closes, a bet placed in error cannot be taken back.

Dealer decisions and table rules

  • The dealer follows the published procedure for the table, including how cards are dealt and how each chip position is settled.
  • Where a card is exposed or misdealt, the table's own rules decide whether the round continues or is void.
  • Each table publishes its stake limits, side bets and payouts in its help screen, and those figures apply to that table only.
  • If the stream drops after your bet was accepted, the round is completed at the table and the result is applied to your balance.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you think a round settled incorrectly, tell us and we will trace it against the server record. Please have these details ready.

  1. The game name exactly as it appears in the lobby.
  2. The date, the time of the round and the stake you placed.
  3. The round or game ID, where the game shows one.
  4. Send the details to support@casinosweetywin.co.uk or start a live chat from any page on the site.

We confirm receipt, check the server record for that round and come back to you with what it shows. Where a round was settled incorrectly we correct your balance, and where a round was void under these rules we return the stake. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, our complaints procedure explains how your case is looked into and how it can be taken further.
