Bonus Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how bonuses and promotions work on your account with us: who can claim them, how wagering requirements are met, when bonus funds expire and when a bonus can be forfeited. They apply to every offer we make available unless the offer itself says otherwise.

Who can claim a bonus and how these terms apply

These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotion we make available at Sweety Win Casino: welcome offers, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, prize draws, tournaments and any other reward credited to your account. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where an individual promotion carries its own terms, those terms come first for anything they cover, and these general rules apply to everything they do not.

We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of every account holder. A bonus can therefore only be credited to an account registered in your own name, and verification must be complete before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • You must be 18 or over. Gambling is restricted to adults and we close any account found to belong to a person under 18.
  • One account per person, household, shared device, IP address and payment method may take part in any single promotion.
  • Your registration details must be accurate and current, and the payment method used must belong to you.
  • Where a promotion requires you to opt in, enter a code or click to claim in the cashier, the bonus is only added once you have done so.
  • Some promotions are offered only to selected players. If an offer does not appear in your account, it is not available to you on that occasion.
  • Bonuses are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another account.

Wagering requirements and how they are met

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: an amount you need to stake before the bonus, or anything won from it, becomes real money you can withdraw. The requirement, the funds it is calculated on and the time you have to complete it are shown in the terms of each promotion and in the bonus details in your account. The table below explains the terms you will see there.

TermWhat it means
Bonus fundsA credited balance that is not yet withdrawable and is subject to the wagering requirement shown with the offer.
Wagering requirementThe total stakes needed to clear a bonus, expressed as a multiple of the bonus, the deposit, or both, as stated in the offer.
Game contributionThe share of each stake that counts towards wagering, which varies by game type as set out in the promotion terms.
Maximum stakeThe highest stake per spin, hand or round allowed while bonus funds or free spin winnings are in play.
Expiry periodThe time allowed to use a bonus and complete its wagering before the bonus and any winnings from it are removed.
Maximum conversionA cap, where one applies, on the amount of bonus winnings that can become withdrawable cash.

Game contribution

Games do not all count the same towards wagering. Slots usually contribute in full, while table games, card games, video poker and live dealer tables contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Some titles are excluded from bonus play altogether. The current contribution rates and the list of excluded games are published with each promotion, so please look over them before you start.

Stake limits while a bonus is active

A maximum stake applies for as long as a bonus or free spin winnings remain in your balance. The figure is shown in the promotion terms. Staking above it may mean that the rounds concerned do not count towards wagering and, where it happens repeatedly, that the bonus and any winnings from it are removed.

Order of play and tracking your progress

Where you hold both cash and bonus funds, the order in which they are used is set out in the cashier. Your remaining wagering requirement is shown in the bonus section of your account and updates as you play, so you can see at any point how much is left to complete.

Claiming an offer, expiry and withdrawing winnings

The steps below describe how a typical promotion runs from claim to withdrawal.

  1. Read the terms shown with the offer, including the wagering requirement, qualifying games and time limit.
  2. Opt in, or enter the code shown, and make a qualifying deposit if the offer calls for one.
  3. The bonus or free spins are added to your account, usually straight away.
  4. Play the qualifying games within the stake limit until the wagering requirement is complete.
  5. Once wagering is complete and your identity checks are finished, the balance becomes cash and can be withdrawn by the methods in the cashier.

Every bonus has an expiry period. If a bonus is not claimed within the time stated, it is no longer available. If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings attached to them are removed from your account. Cash you deposited and any cash winnings already cleared are not affected.

Where a maximum conversion applies, anything above that cap is removed when the bonus completes. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds unless the promotion states otherwise, and they carry the same conditions as the offer they came from.

You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account or by asking our support team. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them, and leaves your own cash balance in place. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is still active, the bonus is treated as cancelled on the same basis.

Fair play and when a bonus is forfeited

Promotions are intended for players taking part in the ordinary way. We monitor bonus play and may hold, remove or refuse a bonus where an account shows any of the following.

  • Multiple accounts, linked accounts or accounts operated on behalf of someone else.
  • Staking patterns designed only to clear wagering with little risk, including equal or opposite bets, very low-risk rounds or play on excluded games.
  • Staking above the maximum allowed while bonus funds are in play.
  • Deposits and withdrawals made with little or no play in between in order to collect offers.
  • Payment methods, documents or details that do not belong to you, or information given at registration that cannot be verified.
  • Any use of software, errors or faults in a game to gain an advantage.

If we find any of these, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, close the promotion for that account, or restrict future offers. Your own deposited funds remain yours and can be withdrawn once the standard checks are complete. Decisions of this kind are taken by our team after we have looked at the account, and we will explain the outcome to you in writing if you ask.

Safer gambling and promotional messages

Bonuses should never be a reason to stake more than you planned. The safer gambling tools in your account work exactly as normal while a bonus is active, and using them never costs you anything you have already cleared to cash.

  • Set deposit, loss or stake limits, using the limits shown in your account.
  • Take a short time-out to pause play for a set period.
  • Use self-exclusion to close access for a longer period. We stop sending promotional messages to self-excluded and timed-out accounts.
  • Turn marketing emails, texts and on-site offers on or off in your communication preferences at any time.

Free help and advice are available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from all online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain with a single registration. Our support team can also talk through the tools on your account with you if you are unsure which to use.

Changes to these terms and how to reach us

We may update these Bonus Terms and Conditions to reflect new offers, changes in how our promotions run, or changes in our regulatory obligations. The current version is always the one published on this page, and it applies to bonuses claimed from the date it appears. Material changes to an offer you are already playing through will not be applied to that bonus.

If anything on this page is unclear, or you want us to look at how a bonus was applied to your account, contact us by e-mail at support@casinosweetywin.co.uk or through the live chat on the site. Please include the name of the promotion and the approximate date you claimed it, as that lets us check the bonus history on your account quickly.

Complaints about a promotion are looked into under our standard complaints procedure, and we will confirm the outcome to you in writing. Where these terms conflict with our general Terms and Conditions, these bonus terms apply to the promotion in question.
