Our commitment: gambling is entertainment, never a source of income
At Sweety Win Casino we want playing with us to stay what it is meant to be: entertainment that you choose, enjoy and can comfortably afford. Game outcomes are random, the house holds a mathematical edge over time, and no system, pattern or run of results changes that. Across a long enough period, the money you stake is the price of the entertainment rather than an investment that pays you back.
For that reason we ask every player to decide on a budget before logging in, not during a session. A figure you set calmly, in advance, is far easier to stick to than one you adjust while the reels are spinning.
- Work out what you can afford to lose without it touching your rent, bills, food or family, and deposit no more than that.
- Treat the amount as spent the moment it leaves your bank, in the same way as the cost of a cinema ticket.
- Never gamble with borrowed money, credit intended for something else, or funds you are holding for another person.
- Do not chase losses. Raising your stakes to win money back is the quickest way to lose more of it.
- Set a time budget as well as a money budget, and take proper breaks between sessions.
- Avoid playing when you are stressed, upset, bored, or have been drinking.
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over only. We hold a gaming licence for the gambling services we offer and we verify the age and identity of every account holder, so you may be asked for documents before you deposit, withdraw or continue playing. Where we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it, void any winnings and return the deposited balance.
The tools in your account and how to switch them on
Every tool below sits in the safer gambling area of your account settings. You can switch any of them on at any time, in a few clicks, without explaining your reasons to us. If you would rather not do it yourself, ask our support team on live chat or by e-mail and we will apply the setting for you.
| Tool | What it does | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Caps how much you can deposit in a day, week or month | A lower limit applies at once; a higher one after a cooling-off period |
| Loss limit | Caps your net losses over the period you choose | Immediately once confirmed |
| Session limit | Ends your session after a set length of play | From your next log-in |
| Reality check | Shows a reminder of how long you have been playing | At the interval you select |
| Time-out | Locks your account for a short, fixed break | Immediately, and cannot be lifted early |
| Self-exclusion | Closes play for a longer minimum period | Immediately, for the full period you choose |
Deposit, loss and session limits
Limits are the simplest way to keep your budget in place. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly amount in the cashier or in your account settings, and we will block any deposit or stake that would take you past it. A request to reduce a limit takes effect straight away. A request to raise one is held for a cooling-off period and then needs your confirmation, so a decision made in the middle of a session cannot be acted on immediately.
Reality checks
A reality check interrupts play at the interval you select and shows how long you have been logged in, along with what you have staked and won in that time. It gives you a natural point to stop, rather than losing track of the clock.
Time-outs
A time-out is a short, fixed break. Once it starts you cannot log in to play or deposit, and we cannot shorten it on request, even if you ask us to. Any withdrawable balance stays available to you, and we remove you from marketing lists for the duration.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is for longer. You choose a minimum period from the options shown in your account, and we close your access to gambling for the whole of it, remove you from all marketing and refuse any attempt to open a new account. At the end of the period, nothing reopens automatically: you have to contact us, and a further cooling-off period applies before play can resume. Self-exclusion with us covers this site only, so consider the national scheme described below as well.
How to switch a tool on
- Log in and open your account settings.
- Open the safer gambling section.
- Choose the tool you want and the amount, interval or period from the options listed.
- Confirm the change; the screen will tell you exactly when it takes effect.
- If anything is unclear, or you want help choosing, contact us on live chat or at support@casinosweetywin.co.uk.
Signs that gambling may be becoming a problem
Gambling harm builds gradually, and the signs are easier to recognise in writing than in the moment. Go through the list below honestly, thinking about the past few months rather than today.
- You spend more money or time on gambling than you planned, or than you can afford.
- You gamble to win back what you have lost.
- You borrow money, sell belongings or use bill money to keep playing.
- You hide how much you gamble from family, friends or your partner.
- You feel restless, irritable or low when you are not playing.
- Gambling interferes with work, study, sleep or time with the people around you.
- You gamble to escape stress, loneliness or low mood.
- You have tried to cut back or stop and found that you could not.
- Someone close to you has told you they are worried about your gambling.
If two or three of these ring true, treat it as a reason to act now rather than later: tighten your limits, start a time-out or self-exclusion, and speak to one of the organisations below. Help is free and confidential, whether or not you have decided to stop playing.
Where to get free, confidential help
These UK organisations support players and the people around them. We are not involved in what you discuss with them, and we are not told that you have made contact.
- GambleAware provides free information, self-assessment tools and signposting to treatment across Great Britain for anyone worried about their own gambling or someone else's.
- GamCare offers free counselling, group support and practical advice, delivered by trained advisers in person, by phone and online.
- The National Gambling Helpline is open around the clock, every day, and gives confidential, one-to-one support and referral to local treatment services.
- GamStop is the free national self-exclusion scheme: one registration blocks you from all online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain, including ours, for the period you choose.
You can also ask your bank or card provider whether they offer a gambling block on your account, and install blocking software on your own devices. Tell us at support@casinosweetywin.co.uk if you would like your account with us closed permanently.
Protecting children and other people in your household
Your account must be registered in your own name, and only you may use it. We carry out age and identity verification on registration and may repeat those checks later, but no operator can see who is in front of the screen, so the day-to-day protection of children at home depends on you.
- Keep your username, password and e-mail access private, and never let anyone else play on your account.
- Log out fully when you finish, especially on a shared computer, tablet or phone.
- Do not let a browser or device store your card details or passwords if children can use it.
- Use parental control or content-filtering software to block gambling sites on any device a child can reach, and keep devices password-protected.
- Set up separate user profiles on shared computers so your settings and saved logins stay yours.
- Keep statements, cards and identity documents where children cannot pick them up.
If you believe a person under 18 has reached our games through your account or anyone else's, contact us straight away on live chat or at support@casinosweetywin.co.uk. We will look into it, suspend the account while we do so and, where the concern is confirmed, close it permanently.
